SUBJECT: DISBURSMENT OF GIRLS STIPEND ANNUAL YEAR 2020-21

School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh distributes Stipend to girl students of class VI, IX & X on annual basis M all public schools throughout Sindh via Biometric based disbursement. In this connection School Education & Literacy Department always tries to opt innovative strategies in order to disburse the stipend transparently among the girl students. The eligibility criteria, as per amended policy approved by Worthy Chief Minister Sindh, is as below: a) Girl students of only grade 6, 9 and 10 for academic year 2020-21 will be eligible for stipend. b) Only those students will be eligible for receiving stipend who achieved 35% attendance in last two months of academic year i.e. October 2020 to November 2020. 

In order to achieve 100% transparency in the data collection for distribution of Girls Stipend AY 2019-20, I am directed to request you to instruct DSOs & HMs of your region to fill the SAP forms correctly, timely mid as per given instntctions in SAP forms. The detail guideline book regarding subject activity is also enclosed for ready reference. It will be appreciated will return to RSU within two weeks of issuance of this letter so that stipend timely and transparently be initiated.
