Whereas, Pakistan in general and Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur in, particular, finding it very hard to adopt an online model. at least, The university has signed Memorandum of Understanding with Virtual University to access the Learning Management System. It is a matter of shame, the university has failed miserably to develop LMS and to assist its students. Department of Computer Science and the University's top management is solely responsible for such sheer incompetence. Moreover, they will probably make hue and cry over Higher education commission’s pressure and insufficient time to develop the system.so,it is a sad state of affairs.
